Terms of sale

Last updated: 7 October 2026

These terms apply to every order placed on https://loveshops.eu between Loveshops (the seller) and an adult consumer (the customer). Placing an order means acceptance.

1. Seller

Everleads, sole-trader micro-enterprise of Sacha Prudon, operating the Loveshops shop. 2 Rue Du Montet, 71150 Farges-Lès-Chalon, France. SIREN 999 372 071. Email: contact@loveshops.eu.

2. Products and audience

The products sold are intimate wellness items reserved for adults. The customer confirms being 18 or over when entering the site and when ordering.

Photographs and descriptions are as faithful as possible. Shades may vary slightly depending on the screen.

3. Price

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the CGI: the seller charges no VAT.

Shipping fees are shown before the order is confirmed. The price retained is the one in force at the time of the order.

4. Order

The order is binding once payment is confirmed. A confirmation email recaps the products, the price, the delivery address and whether discretion mode is on.

The seller may refuse an order in case of a previous dispute, a clearly wrong address or suspected fraud.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by card via Shopify Payments. Card data never passes through our servers.

If discretion mode is on, the bank-statement line reads “EVERLEADS”, the company name, with no mention of Loveshops. Otherwise it shows the name Loveshops.

6. Shipping

Parcels are packed and shipped by our logistics partner Dreamlove from Carmona, near Seville, Spain, across France and the European Union.

Shipping fees: Metropolitan France €7.00 · Other EU country €7.00. Free shipping from €300.00 of products, whichever the destination.

Indicative time: 1 to 3 days working days after payment is confirmed. A tracking number is emailed.

The box is always plain. With discretion mode, the label carries a logistics sender name and the invoice is sent by email only.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer on handover. Any visible issue must be reported within 48 hours with photos.

7. Right of withdrawal

The customer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason, under articles L221-18 and following of the French consumer code.

Hygiene exception (article L221-28 5°): a product unsealed after delivery cannot be taken back, except a defect.

To exercise this right, the customer writes to contact@loveshops.eu with the order number. Return shipping is at their expense. The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the return, on the same payment method.

8. Extended returns of 30 days

Beyond the legal period, the seller accepts returns up to 30 days after receipt, for any unopened product in its original sealed packaging. Same terms as withdrawal.

9. Legal warranties

The seller is liable for lack of conformity for 2 years from delivery (articles L217-3 and following of the consumer code) and for hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the civil code).

In case of a defect, the customer chooses repair or replacement. Failing that, a full or partial refund. Return shipping of a defective product is refunded.

10. Loyalty programme

Joining the Cœurs Loveshops programme is free and optional. Hearts are earned on the amount of products paid, excluding shipping, and exchanged for personal codes (a discount, free shipping, or a free item on a paid order). One code per order, no stacking with MINUIT15. They have no cash value and cannot be refunded or transferred.

A cancelled, withdrawn or refunded order removes the matching hearts. Hearts expire after 12 months without an order. Full rules are on the Loyalty programme page.

11. Personal data

Data needed for the order is processed under the privacy policy on the site.

12. Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. The customer may refer free of charge to a consumer mediator (details in the legal notice) or to the European online dispute-resolution platform.
