On an order: name, delivery address, email, products ordered, discretion-mode choice. That is the strict minimum to deliver, invoice and answer a claim.

Payment is handled by Shopify Payments. We neither see nor store your card number.

On an email: your address and the content of your message.

If you create a Loveshops Hearts account: your email, a hash of your password (never the password in clear), your first name if known, your birthday if you give it, the history of your hearts and codes. These data serve the account and the loyalty programme only.

If you accept the audience cookie: pages viewed, time on a product page and cart contents, tied to an anonymous identifier on the shop, and to Google Analytics (Google LLC, United States) for visits. Nothing is sold or combined with advertising.

Service emails, always sent because they are tied to an order or the account: password-reset code, order confirmation with invoice, tracking, loyalty codes, birthday and heart expiry.

Commercial emails (offers, promos), only if you accepted at checkout or in your account. Cart reminders: sent to signed-in customers or those who started checkout, one day later then every two days, until the cart is emptied, ordered, or you click “No thanks”.

Every commercial email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Subject lines never mention product names.

Essential technical cookies: age confirmation (asked again each visit), Women / Men / Couples choice, cart, language and, if you sign in, the session (30 days) and, for a password reset, a temporary code (15 minutes). They make the site work. They cannot be turned off except by deleting them in the browser.

Audience cookies, offered right after the 18+ gate. You can turn them on (Accept all) or leave them off in Manage. On the shop: loveshops-stats and loveshops-vid, until the browser closes, stats kept 45 days. On Google Analytics, only if you accept: _ga and _ga_* cookies, 13 months, Google LLC (United States). No ads, no Facebook, no resale. The choice is asked again each visit, changeable from the Cookies link in the footer.

The carrier and our logistics partner Dreamlove receive only what is needed to ship: name and delivery address. With discretion mode, the stated sender is a plain logistics name.

Shopify Payments receives the data needed for payment. Customer accounts are hosted at Shopify, and the password-reset code is emailed via Resend. If you accept audience measurement, Google Analytics (Google LLC) receives browsing data. No data is sold or handed over for advertising.

Order data and invoices: 10 years, accounting duty. Customer-service emails: 3 years after the last exchange. Loyalty account: deleted after 3 years without an order or sign-in, or on simple request. Age and audience cookies last for the visit. Language, cart, universe: 1 year. Account session: 30 days.

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability: write to contact@loveshops.eu. Reply within one month. You may also refer to the CNIL (cnil.fr).

To clear the site cookies, delete them in your browser: the 18+ gate will show again on the next visit.
